Sia: Alive, testo, traduzione e video (nuovo singolo)

Riesce a dare carattere e forza a qualunque pezzo canti, Sia, che ora torna con il singolo Alive estratto dal nuovo album This is Acting in uscita il 29 gennaio 2016. Carica di un carisma innato oltre che di un innegabile talento, è pronta a bissare il successo di Chandelier. A scrivere il pezzo ci ha pensato la stessa artista con Adele e Tobias Jesso Jr, mentre la produzione è di Jesse Shatkin.

Per lei l’arduo compito di superarsi, visto che con il suo precedente album aveva lasciato senza parole la critica mondiale. In 1000 Forms Of Fear, lo ricordiamo, c’era pure il pezzo Elastic Heart. Per non parlare dei video delle due hit e se con Chandelier ha raggiunto 900 milioni di visualizzazioni, con l’altra canzone è arrivata a 395 milioni di visualizzazioni, a corredo di performance sul palco, vocali e artistiche, di grande spessore.

Sia, tra l’altro, ha scritto pezzi per nomi di artisti di fama mondiale come: Rihanna (“Diamonds”), Katy Perry (“Double Rainbow”), Britney Spears (“Perfume”), Kelly Clarkson (“Invincible”), Carly Rae Jepsen (“Making the Most of the Night”), Beyoncé (“Pretty Hurts”), Celine Dion (“Love Me Back To Life”), e molti altri. Nella sua breve ma intensa carriera, è stata la voce di “Titanium” di David Guetta, “Beautiful Pain” di Eminem, e “Wild Ones” con Flo Rida ed è stata nominata ai Golden Globe lo scorso anno per la canzone “Opportunity” per il riadattamento del musical di Broadway “Annie” del 2014.
